The 2009 ATA Convention will be at Petit Jean State Park on Friday, September 11, 2009 
and Saturday, September 12, 2009. 

The association will be sponsoring a fish fry on Friday, at the large building 
behind the Ranger Station. Dinner will be served at approximately 6pm. There will 
be a director's meeting at 7pm at the same location.

The association will provide the meat for the Potluck Lunch on Saturday. Everyone 
else please bring some sort of dish or dessert. 

Don Wilcox will be in charge of the awards, please get your nominations to him soon
for Trapper of the Year, and Mr. and Mrs. Trapper. You can call him at 479-997-8759

Please get your nominations to him early!

We will open the building on Saturday morning at 8:30am and it will last into the
